How we use your information
SRV WorkSphere is a website where members do review and survey tasks and earn money. This page explains what information we keep, why we keep it and what you can do about it. We wrote it in simple English so everyone can understand it.
01What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and the referral code you used to join.
- Your password: it is handled by our login service. We cannot see your password.
- Profile photo: only if you add one.
- Payment details: the Binance Pay ID or bKash number you give us for withdrawals, and the transaction ID you enter for deposits.
- Your work: the reviews, answers and screenshots you send for tasks, and tasks you post.
- Messages: what you write in Support Chat, Live Chat and private chats.
- Money records: your balance, earnings, deposits, withdrawals, wallet transfers and fees.
- Technical data: your browser keeps you logged in, and our servers keep basic logs (for example the time of a request and your IP address) to keep the site safe.
02Why we use it
- To create and run your account.
- To check your tasks and pay you for approved work.
- To add your deposits and send your withdrawals.
- To give referral rewards to the member who invited you.
- To stop fake accounts, cheating and fraud.
- To answer you in Support Chat and send notices to your Mailbox.
- To send emails about your account, like the password reset code.
03Who can see it
- Our team: admins can see your account, work, payments and support messages, so they can check tasks and payments and help you.
- Other members: they can see your name, photo and messages in Live Chat. They can see your name on the Leaderboard only if you turn it on.
- Binance and bKash: when we send or receive money, they get the details needed for that payment.
- Service providers: we use Supabase to store data, run logins and keep files, and an email service to send account emails. Their servers may be outside Bangladesh.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
04How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. We may keep money records for longer, because we need them for our accounts and to stop fraud. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise the rest.
05Your choices
- Change your name and photo on the Profile page.
- Turn the Leaderboard on or off at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your information, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete your account. Send us a message in Support Chat.
06Keeping it safe
Each member can only see their own data. Admin pages are only for admin accounts. No website is 100% safe, so please keep your password secret. Our team will never ask for your password or the code we email you.
07Age
You must be 18 years or older to use SRV WorkSphere.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For big changes, we will also send a notice to your Mailbox.
